Yes, we do offer one free trial class for every students. This trial class allow learners and instructors to meet each other before committing to our swimming packages.
The class duration is different because children’s needs are different. For preschoolers, lessons are shorter but with fewer students per coach, and we group them by level so they receive the right attention and progress at their own pace. Teaching younger children also requires extra effort and patience from our coaches to keep them engaged and safe.
For older kids, classes are longer with bigger groups to focus more on stroke techniques and endurance. That’s why the value is the same, even though the time is different.
Sorry, we do not offer private lessons for babies as in Team One Swim School, we encourage babies to participate in a group where they can anticipate into a community and increase their sense of community in their early age. Besides, our baby's lesson is also designed for a group where the lessons will be filled up with more fun and laughter.
Yes. We always look to keep our water quality in the highest state.
Here’s our daily routines to ensure the water quality:
Due to the uniqueness of all kids such as the difference in level of water confidence, level of concentration and development pace. We do not provide guarantees on the progress.
For example, some students learned how to swim independently in 4 lessons. Whereas, some students can barely submerge in the water after 8 lessons.
However, our swim school focuses on smaller learning groups to maximize all students’ learning progress. We would suggest arranging a free trial lesson with us to allow our teacher to assess you/your kid’s level. After your trial lesson, our teacher will provide feedback for you/your kids, so you can have a better understanding of it.
